Programme Support Team The Programme Support Team provides information and support for people around the UK and beyond who are interested in finding out more about PEEP, and/or using PEEP ideas and materials.
Director and Chief Executive Officer: Peter Silva Peter is responsible to the PEEP trustees for the overall management of PEEP and, with the trustees, for its development and strategic direction. He is also responsible to the PEEP Learning Ltd (PLL) Board for the management and direction of PEEP’s trading arm. He makes consultancy visits and hosts Information Days around the country.
Intervention Development, Research and Evaluation Manager. Sally Smith Sally has worked for PEEP since September 2006. Before working for PEEP she was a Research Officer in the Department of Educational Studies at the University of Oxford for six years and was closely involved the evaluations of PEEP. She is in the first year of a Doctorate in the School of Education at the University of Sheffield. She is Vice-chair of Governors at a local primary school.
Professional Development Manager: Jayne Lacny Jayne oversees the delivery of PEEP training programmes around the country and coordinates the planning of new courses. She offers support and guidance to trainers, practitioners and managers within the early sector. Jayne also writes publicity and marketing materials for PEEP.
