Who is it for:  Practitioners and managers who offer drop-in sessions to families (eg Stay and play, Parent and toddler groups). Delegates do not need to have any previous PEEP experience.

Outcomes: The training will help practitioners and managers to:

• understand the potential of drop-in sessions to support parents as their child’s first educator
  
• build confidence in talking to parents about their child’s learning and development
  
• extend strategies for sharing knowledge with parents about why activities can help development and learning
  
• plan more effective sessions to support outcomes for children and parents.
